Once a package is shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do before it is shipped. We will ship your order within 2 business days unless we inform you otherwise, and we do not ship over weekends or major holidays. In the event of the package being misplaced by the post office, we will not provide a replacement or refund.
